Terms and Conditions for Customers on Crazy Bean Marketplace

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Crazy Bean Marketplace ("us", "we", "our", "Crazy Bean") and apply to all purchases of products ("Products") listed by independent sellers ("Sellers") on crazy-bean.com.

1.2 By making a purchase on Crazy Bean, you are entering into a contract with the Seller, not Crazy Bean. We are not a party to this contract or any dispute arising out of it. We merely provide the platform for Sellers and buyers.

2. Purchases

2.1 By placing an order on Crazy Bean, you are offering to purchase a product directly from a Seller, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

3. Pricing and Availability

3.1 Whilst Sellers try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on Crazy Bean are accurate, errors may occur. If a Seller discovers an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

4. Payment

4.1 Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card is carried out to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. The card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery times and charges will vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery address. Each Seller on Crazy Bean sets their own delivery times and charges.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 You have a legal right to cancel your contract before delivery and up to 14 working days after delivery. If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract, then you must send the goods back to the Seller's return address at your own cost and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Crazy Bean, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, economic loss, loss or damage to electronic media or data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
