Terms and Conditions for Sellers on Crazy Bean Marketplace

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Crazy Bean Marketplace ("us", "we", "our", or "Crazy Bean") and will apply to all contracts between you and us for the sale of your products ("Products") to customers ("Customers") on crazy-bean.com.

2. Seller Responsibilities

2.1 You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering and must maintain the accuracy of such information.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 You agree to comply with all relevant laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the website.

3. Listing and Selling

3.1 You may list any item for sale on our platform provided it is legal to sell and is not in our prohibited items list.

3.2 You must accurately describe your items and all terms of sale in your listing. Your listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures, and other content relevant to the sale of that item.

3.3 All sales are binding. You are obligated to ship the order or otherwise complete the transaction with the buyer in a prompt manner.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 You are free to determine the price for your Products, but they must be listed in GBP.

4.2 Crazy Bean will collect the payments on your behalf from Customers.

4.3 Crazy Bean will deduct the commission fee and any other agreed charges before remitting the payment to you.

5. Shipping and Returns

5.1 You are responsible for shipping the sold item to the buyer. Any loss or damage during shipment is your responsibility.

5.2 You must comply with the Crazy Bean's return policy.

6. Termination

6.1 We may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to our interests.

7. Indemnity

7.1 You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
