Shipping Policy

Rachel’s Cake Delights offer a mail order service so that you can get your orders delivered to your doorsteps. Our delivery service is available for areas in the UK Mainland area.

Get the order delivered to your home, workplace or any registered area. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Items will be sent via Hermes. Your treats should be delivered to you the next day but can take up to 2 days to be delivered Our freshly made treats are dispatched on Thursdays of every week.

If you want the order within a certain week, make sure to confirm the order before 12 am on the Wednesday of that week. Any orders placed after that will be delivered in the next week. In case of advance orders, you need to inform us of which Thursday you want the order to be dispatched on. Enter this information in the comment section when you’re placing your order.

Providing the correct address is the customer’s responsibility. Since our products are food items, they can go stale if the delivery address is incorrect. For this reason, I do not offer refunds unless the item/s have been lost/damaged in the post or are unsafe for consumption.
