Bath Culture House produces fabulously fermented, vegan, gut-friendly food & drink in Ubley, nestled in the Mendip Hills in Somerset. Since 2016, from her original home-kitchen in Bath, founder Lucie Cousins has been making delicious, unconventional, nutrient rich products that satisfy her need for a fully gut-health happy, plant-based life.

Ingredients: white cabbage, Cornish seaweed (Nori, Sea Greens & Dulce) & sea salt. 350g net.

This is a chilled product which needs to be refrigerated upon arrival. We use ice packs in our boxes and send your order by next day DPD Local delivery. Our vegan cheese is made fresh to order, whilst our kimchi and sauerkraut is typically made a week before it’s packed into your order.

Being responsible to every person and business we ‘touch’ is very important to us. We like to support local businesses as much as possible, so buy our vegetables from local suppliers including The Community Farm. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and has been chosen for the products we make to remain as fresh as possible – like with our cardboard vegan cheese ‘tubs’, which allow the cheese to ‘breathe’ properly. Furthermore, we use a ‘Tintoretto’ type label which contains no plastic at all, to label our products.

We are always busy in the kitchen – but like to stop for a lunch break by eating a slice of toasted buckwheat rye bread spread with vegan cheese and topped with fresh, spicy kimchi. We hope you love our products!
