We only use new season, premium quality macadamia nuts which we roast to perfection.

A “dry roasting” technology is applied. It means that no additional oil is used during the process of roasting.

Also, nuts are roasted at a low temperature for a short period of time, thus the oxidation of unsaturated fats is reduced and health-promoting fats, minerals and vitamins that Macadamia nuts contain are preserved.

Last but not least, ACRYLAMIDE is not formed.
