All orders are dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours. Proof of postage and proof of delivery is always recorded. Basic tracking is always recorded for international deliveries.
Return Policy
If a parcel unfortunately arrives in a damaged condition upon delivery, please contact us for a refund or replacement. We will require the damaged parcel returning to us and we will cover the cost of this.
In the unfortunate event that you wish to cancel your order upon receiving your parcel, we ask that your order is returned in retailable condition so that we can authorise a full refund for you.
