Our Funky Chyck’n Seitan is bursting with rich flavours and works just about any way you want to use it. It is very low in fat, high in protein and is also a good source of Iron, Calcium and Fibre. We love it in a rich katsu sauce served with rice and fresh vegetables. It’s also great in sandwiches, wraps, in a pasta sauce or in a curry.

Flavoured with a carefully selected chicken seasoning (non-MSG) and crisp garlic granules, our chyck’n seitan is a taste explosion. Many have eaten our breaded nuggets and struggled to believe it wasn’t actually chicken. Gently fry with rice and vegetables to create a wholly satisfying dish or serve with crisp winter vegetables and thick gravy and feel like you just arrived home. As with all of our flavours, it is incredibly versatile and will work perfectly with virtually any dish you choose.
All of our products are fortified with vitamin B12. 100g of our seitan provides over 50% of your daily requirement of B12. All of our products are vegan, are low in fat, high in protein and contain no cholesterol, GMO’s or Palm Oil. They are also a good source of Iron and Calcium.
Ingredients: Water, Wheat Gluten, Soy Sauce (Soy Extract (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat), Sugar, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid) Gram Flour, Nutritional Yeast (with added Vitamin B12), Garlic Granules, Chicken Seasoning (Vegan), Onion Powder.
Storage & Preparation Our seitan logs have a long (30 weeks) shelf life so long as the packaging is intact. Once opened, wrap the remaining seitan tightly in cling film, keep refrigerated and use within five days of opening. Alternatively, freeze the seitan on the day of opening and use within three months of freezing.
