A long time ago, in a land before tasty accessible vegan goodies, I found myself stuck for snacks to keep me energised throughout the day. As a chef I started whipping up treats to munch on that were easy, tasty and full of nutrition. Once I started bringing the snacks out at local markets and independent cafes it happened to catch everyone’s eye, getting requests for their own jars and the orders kept coming! Encouraged by the success and praise of the Vegan Community we moved to a commercial kitchen in Bristol and Norty was born! Always developing new treats the kitchen now hand make a whole range of Nut Butters, Drink Blends and Pudding pots.
