This handmade Pistachio + Rose cheesecake topped with edible flowers is a perfect size for a small celebration or a gathering of family or friends.
Raw, vegan and free from refined sugar, gluten, wheat, soy. Full of taste.
These limited edition 6 inch cheesecakes were originally created especially for Mothers Day but proved so popular we are keeping them on a little longer.

Ingredients: cashew nuts, pistachios, beetroot, rose water, wheatgrass, dates, coconut oil, desiccated coconut, brown rice syrup, flaxseed, buckwheat, fresh fruit and edible flowers.
Cake is 6 inches in diameter and 2 inches in depth. Best kept refrigerated.
The cake itself will last for 10-14 days chilled or 6 weeks in the freezer. The fresh blooms will last up to 5 days.
